Al Syed Tech LLC
1. Non-Refundable Fees
1.1. All fees paid to Al Syed Tech LLC are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Student withdrawal from the course or program.
- Failure to attend scheduled classes.
- Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery.
1.2. Any payment disputes or chargebacks will be handled according to the company’s internal policies and legal standards.
2. Online and Physical Availability
2.1. Online Classes:
- Al Syed Tech LLC provides online classes using secure and reliable platforms.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate devices to attend online sessions.
2.2. Physical Classes:
- Physical classes are held at designated locations as communicated by Al Syed Tech LLC.
- Students must comply with the institution’s safety and conduct guidelines while attending physical classes.
3. Student Regularity and Attendance
3.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions (online and physical) regularly.
3.2. Consistent absence or tardiness may lead to:
- Warnings and/or suspension from the program.
- Loss of access to learning materials or resources.
- Disqualification from receiving course completion certificates.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students.
4.2. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or violation of rules may result in suspension or expulsion from the program without a refund.
5. Modification of Terms
5.1. Al Syed Tech LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
5.2. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of any revised terms.
6. Liability
6.1. Al Syed Tech LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, loss of data, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms or service providers.
6.2. The institution is not liable for any injuries or damages occurring during physical classes unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the institution.
